Our Programs: MomCare

What is MomCare?
The MomCare program helps to ensure that your needs during your pregnancy are fulfilled and that your baby gets the best possible start in life. Now that you are receiving Medicaid or PEPW, MomCare wants to make sure that you have a physician/midwife so that you can begin prenatal care.
Once a prenatal care provider is selected, MomCare continues to follow up to ensure that prenatal appointments are kept and that the mother-to-be is accessing all of the local assistance programs that she may need to help ensure a healthy pregnancy.
