Prenatal Care

Having a baby? Let us help you prepare.

Getting or receiving care early in pregnancy helps moms and babies stay healthy. Women who enter prenatal care late or not at all face a higher risk of complications and poor health outcomes for both themselves and their babies.

At the Betty Moore Prenatal Outreach Center, our team helps expectant mothers access prenatal care in their first trimester. Through our Martin County Healthy Start Coalition services, women who are at risk can receive free prenatal care, childbirth education, and support to ensure a healthier pregnancy and delivery.

MOM Mobile: Maternity on the Move

Are you pregnant and can't come to us? We'll come to you!

Our MOM Mobile: Maternity on the Move is a 38-foot mobile clinic, fully equipped to provide a clean, safe and welcoming space for prenatal care. The MOM Mobile: Maternity on the Move travels on a regular schedule, serving communities in Indiantown, Hobe Sound, East Stuart, and Golden Gate, bringing essential prenatal care directly to expectant mothers.

Doula Program

A doula is a trained non-medical professional who provides physical, emotional and educational support to mothers before, during, and shortly after childbirth.

Our Martin County Healthy Start Coalition doulas help women throughout their pregnancy journey to improve pregnancy, maternal, and infant health outcomes. Our doulas are trusted members of the communities they serve. In the weeks leading up to delivery, they build strong, supportive relationships with expectant mothers, helping them prepare and make informed choices for themselves and their babies.

Doulas remain by a mother's side through labor and continue to provide support during the crucial time after birth, assisting with breastfeeding, bonding and the transition into motherhood.

Meet our wonderful doulas and contact us if you would like the support & care that a doula can provide.
